Drawing Day 2011

And it's that time of the year again :) We painted these pieces with Enzo on 04.06.2011, the International Drawing Day. It's third year in a row that we organize and paint on the local event, this time without any sponsors, partners, permissions and help. It came out well although I (mostly) painted with cheap, crappy and no name paint just to get rid of them - the color on the fill-in is supposed to be fluorescent orange :D

We had a great time (like always) at the local hall of fame, seen and done interesting things, then ended up drinking on a rooftop and watching a huge thunderstorm from a safe distance.

Storm

" Lightning strikes the court, lights get dim, supreme competition is about to begin"

One of the strangest storms I have ever witnessed - huge, shiny red clouds illuminated by lightnings slowly passing through horizon. It was some 30km's far from the point where we were sitting and chilling. I can't even imagine how fucked up it could have been being caught under this weather...
